Lemon Laws pertaining to Cell Phones ?

I am on my 4th Motorola Bionic since October 13, 2011, and all Verizon will do is replace it with “certified like new” phones, which are free of charge under the manufacturer’s warranty. But, all I want is for my phone to work properly. It overheats and reboots itself. It has been replaced for those particular reasons 3 times, hence the 4th phone.
